Services & FAQ

Every project is different - in scope, in feeling, in what it needs to become. Here's where I work best, and what it typically costs to get started. All projects begin with a conversation. Get in touch and we'll figure out the rest.

Film Trailers Specialty: indie and art-house film trailer editing. For short-film directors and producers who want that film festival stamp and feature deal. This is some of my favorite work. Starting from $1,500. Custom quotes for feature-length projects.

Music Videos Specialty: Quirky, colorful, self-aware work. For musicians and directors who want a memorable visual world that gives the song somewhere to live. I understand music from the inside and have directed many of my own music videos, which means I can quickly sense and select for your best takes. Starting from $3000.

Brand Films & Promotional Content Specialty: cinematic brand film and promotional video editing for brands with a genuine point of view. For companies and creators who lean toward the cinematic and the artful, and are a little bit rebellious. This includes brand narratives, VSLs, product films, and any promotional content where the goal is to move people and move product. Starting from $2,500.

Fashion & Lifestyle Content Specialty: editorial and campaign video editing for fashion and lifestyle brands. For fashion brands, designers, and lifestyle companies who are going for visual poetry, not just a look. Starting from $2000.

Podcast Video Production Specialty: long-form interview and conversation content. For podcasters who want their episodes to feel as considered visually as they do aurally. Available as per-episode or monthly retainer — retainer pricing available on request. Starting from $750 per episode.

Independent & Documentary Film Specialty: narrative and character-driven film editing. For independent filmmakers working on short or feature-length projects. Every project in this category is quoted individually after a discovery conversation — scope varies too widely for a standard starting price. Custom quote only. Get in touch to discuss your project.

  • Every project starts the same way: with a conversation. Once I understand your project, I'll send a proposal outlining scope, deliverables, timeline, and investment. All projects include two rounds of revisions. Additional revisions, rush delivery, and out-of-scope requests are quoted separately and agreed upon before any additional work begins. I work remotely with clients mainly across the US and UK.

  • I don’t just edit for a living. I edit because storytelling gives me life. I'm a musician, songwriter, and performer who once followed a literal dream all the way to a finished music video. I understand the journey from seed of idea to finished piece not just as a technician, but as a fellow multi-limbed artist. I seek to evoke the same visceral response in your audience as I get when I feel connected through art.

  • It depends entirely on the project - a music video edit and a feature trailer have very different timelines. Once I understand your scope I'll give you a realistic delivery estimate before we start.

  • A brief description of your project, any reference videos or mood references you love, and a rough sense of your timeline. We'll take it from there.

  • All prices include two rounds of revisions. Additional rounds, rush delivery, motion graphics, color grading beyond standard correction, and any other additions beyond the agreed scope are quoted and approved separately before work begins.

  • Yes - and honestly, some of my favorite working relationships have been ongoing ones. If you have recurring editing needs, get in touch and we can discuss a retainer arrangement.

  • Get in touch anyway. If it sounds like something I'd be excited to work on, we'll figure it out together.
